This review might be a little late in the writing (the last few months have been a bit busy) but the memory of a lovely evening with great food remains clear. My friend and I were staying at the nearby Camelot Castle Hotel (not recommended – read my review for more details) and were walking into the centre of Tintagel in search of dinner. The previous evening we had eaten at the hotel and knew we could do much better. We saw the board at the front of the house and walked down the drive to investigate. How glad we were that we did. We sat on the terrace on a summer evening with a beautiful view enjoying delicious food. When the sun went down we retired inside to the very comfortable lounge with bar and agreed that, going on what we had experienced, staying in this B & B would have been an infinitely wiser, more enjoyable and value for money experience.
